An IBC liner is also called an bulk container liner or liquid bulk liner. A plastic liner is manufactured to fit the inside of a bulk liquid tote. Liquid liners are used for the storage and transport of products. An IBC liner is commonly made from plastic resin having several layers of film.

LAF offer customized IBC Liner products for bulk liquid delivery, it can be designed to fit collapsible Paper IBC, metal or plastic Returnable IBCs, or even the bottle-in-cage IBC.

We offer both cubic and pillow-shaped IBC Liners, you can choose as per your operation preference. With a specific dimension data of your IBC container, we can provide a tailor-made liner to match your IBC perfectly. All PE film used for IBC Liners are made from 100% virgin resin, the liner bag usually is consisted of 2 layers 100mic PE film, but material can also be customized according to specific requirements.


IBC Liners are produced with virgin new PE film, is safe to ship food liquids e.g. tomato paste, fruit juice, liquid sugar,
and also be used for industrial fluids delivery. 
The IBC Liners are built strong and robust, can ensure the liquid commodity arrive its destination intact and well preserved.

Answer: IBC Liner we supplying is one-trip disposal packaging product, not suitable for reuse.

2. What is the quality guarantee term for IBC Liner? How to store IBC Liner?
Answer: Quality guarantee term for IBC Liner is 18 months after its manufacture date. It's recommended to store IBC Liner in dry and cool environment free from direct exposure to sunlight.

3. What is the suggested temperature for liquid cargo when loading it into IBC Liner?
Answer: It's suggested to keep liquid in the temperature range -20ºC~60ºC when do the loading.
In case loading temperature is higher than 60 ºC, please reach us for specific solution and suggestion.

4. What to do if there is a leaking during transport?
Answer: Approach the LAF personnel in contact with you to brief the field situation with relevant information, upon the notification, LAF ERS team would organize the local cargo rescue and investigation if needed ASAP, as well as to handle subsequent potential claim. 

5. After liquid discharge, how to dispose used IBC Liner?
Answer: Send IBC Liner to certified waste treatment institutions.
