      Flexitank is a new type of flexible packaging container that can store and transport various non-dangerous liquid cargoes. Each container can be just placed in a 20ft international standard container with a volume of 14-25 cubic meters, and can store and transport up to 25,000 liters of liquid. In this way, the container transportation method is ideally used.
      It is suitable for rail, motor, and ship transportation. To a certain extent, it can replace traditional packaging such as expensive tanks and iron drums, which can greatly reduce the costs of loading & discharging, packaging, transporting and material management, and improve logistics efficiency.
 

 

A set of flexitank includes: 1 set of flexibag, 1 roll of corrugated paper (protective lining), 1 sheet of paper baffle (PP board), 1 set of frame door stop, heating pad (depending on the nature of the loaded goods) and other small accessories.
1 set of liquid bag includes: valve, anti-suction disc, hollow plate, exhaust valve.
 

Certifications

      Films we used for Strong Flexitanks, Moisture-proof Dry Bulk Liners, or Moisture-proof IBC Liners are made with PE film blown with 100% virgin resins. All production is carried out in full accordance with requirements of FSSC22000, ISO9001, and meeting food safety regulation issued by FDA and EU directives about plastic packaging coming into direct contact with food stuff.
