Every year, we provide 300,000 unites of flexitanks to partners all over the world. We are the biggest flexitank manufacturer in China. And we have produced flexitanks for more than 14 years since 2007.

Product Description

Wine is shipped in ocean containers in either bottles or bulk flexitanks.
By bottle, shippers can move 9,000 liters per 20ft container. By Fxitank, 24,000 liters.
 

Single-use Flexitanks allow bulk transport of wine via ocean shipping containers with an obvious advantage in logistics cost.

instead of using paper and carton materials, LAF Wine Flexitank is equipped of HDPE Lining
and Strong PP Backing Panel to guarantee wine quality is intact.
 

Clean Discharge At Destination

Wineries at destination has been educated to discharge with a strong pumps, which might suck the PE film and block the valve during discharge,
and led to a great wine residue left inside of the Flexitank, that is a great loss. LAF Wine Flexitanks have been designed with different
contracture that ensures an efficient wine discharge with acceptable small residue even when there is no labor intervention.
