Product Description

      Flexitank is a new type of flexible packaging container that can store and transport various non-dangerous liquid cargoes. Each container can be just placed in a 20ft international standard container with a volume of 14-25 cubic meters, and can store and transport up to 25,000 liters of liquid. In this way, the container transportation method is ideally used. It is suitable for rail, motor, and ship transportation. To a certain extent, it can replace traditional packaging such as expensive tanks and iron drums, which can greatly reduce the costs of loading & discharging, packaging, transporting and material management, and improve logistics efficiency.

We rigorously test each raw material and components to make sure everything has got its integrity and compatibility with specific cargo, so as to ensure a safe transport. Professional QC team keep strict quality control over each production process till the finished product inspection to ensure the safe Flexitanks are supplied to the market.
 

 

A set of flexitank includes: 1 set of flexibag, 1 roll of corrugated paper (protective lining), 1 sheet of paper baffle (PP board), 1 set of frame door stop, heating pad (depending on the nature of the loaded goods) and other small accessories.
1 set of liquid bag includes: valve, anti-suction disc, hollow plate, exhaust valve.

All materials testing and production are conducted accordance with publicly available industry standard PAS1008: 2018. LAF Flexitank is built with expertise, and tested out with COA Impact Test, CRCC Rail Impact Test, AAR Rail Impact Test, has been approved strong enough to carry the liquid cargo traveling from one side of the globe to the other side.
